To ensure the security and growth of the family's assets, Kevin McQuillan and Chase McQuillan established Sawtooth Capital, a fund that invests in alternative assets including real estate, venture capital funds, private equity funds, private debt funds, and other opportunities. These investments create the opportunity for diversified-risk, high-reward investments independent from the public stock market performance. 

 

Sawtooth invests capital in a number of areas in order to provide the family with diversification within the private markets. Sawtooth’s strategy of diversification constrains downside and mitigates risk. This strategy also allows for consistent return of capital from private credit and real estate investments that provide frequent cash flows.

The Family has built an extensive network of venture capital, private equity, real estate, private credit and secondaries funds from which to source investments. Beyond these existing relationships, the firm sources and diligences new funds in order to extend its diversifying power.
